BRUNO TERMINAL

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains how OptimizeMe AI LLC, doing business as Bruno Terminal ("Bruno Terminal", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit brunoterminal.com, join our waitlist, use our terminal or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"). OptimizeMe AI LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Questions and requests about your information can be sent to privacy@brunoterminal.com.

  • We collect very little: the email address you give us, and the technical data any website receives.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not show ads.
  • We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our emails contain no tracking pixels.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist or subscribe to updates, and the contents of any message you send us, such as a support request or feedback. Giving your email address is optional, but we need it to add you to the waitlist. When you join, we send a confirmation link; your address is added to our list only if you click it, and the date and time you confirmed are kept as a record of your consent.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you request and the date and time of each request. We may also measure how the Services are used in aggregate (for example, which pages are viewed and the general region visitors come from), using methods that do not use cookies or identify you across sites.

Information stored on your device. The terminal keeps your settings, layouts and notes in your browser's local storage, on your device. We do not receive them, and you can clear them at any time in your browser.

Information from service providers. Our email provider tells us whether an email was delivered and whether you unsubscribed. Our emails do not contain tracking pixels or tracked links.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as financial account details.

2. How we use it, and our legal bases

  • To send you what you asked for: to confirm your sign-up, tell you when Bruno Terminal launches and send occasional product updates. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To run, secure and improve the Services: to deliver pages, keep them reliable, prevent abuse and fraud, and understand which features are useful. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, useful service.
  • To respond to you: to answer questions and act on feedback. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take.
  • To meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

3. How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who host and deliver the website, send and manage email, provide analytics and keep the Services secure. They act on our instructions, under contracts that require them to protect the information and limit how they may use it. A current list is available on request.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Bruno Terminal, our users or others.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
  • With your consent, or as aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and lets no third party track you across sites through it. If we introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to opt out of; if that changes, we will treat it as an opt-out.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Waitlist and subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; after you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list only so that we never email you again. An address that is never confirmed is never added to our list, though our email provider keeps a record of the emails it sends for a limited period. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and operations, and correspondence as long as needed to deal with your message. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email. To make a request, write to privacy@brunoterminal.com; an authorized agent may also make a request for you. We may need to verify your request, and we respond within one month, or any longer period the law allows. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our emails. Every launch or update email we send identifies us as the sender, has a subject line that reflects its content, includes our postal address and has a one-click unsubscribe link. An unsubscribe takes effect promptly, and always within 10 business days.

United States residents. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other state privacy laws. Since the Services launched, we have collected the categories described in section 1 (identifiers such as email and IP address, and internet activity information) from the sources described there, for the purposes in section 2, and disclosed them only to the categories of recipients in section 3.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy framework.

8. Security

We serve the website only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), rely on the security measures of our service providers, keep what we collect to the minimum described here, and limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Minors

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Services may link to websites we do not operate. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services grow. We will change the date at the top and, if the changes are material, give notice on the website or by email before they take effect.

12. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints about privacy: privacy@brunoterminal.com, or by mail to OptimizeMe AI LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
